The campaigns are hosted by us (on the REDCODE.DE server cluster).

- What about data protection?
REDCODE.DE provides templates for the data protection information in your admin panel, but assumes no liability. You are responsible for your campaigns, but we offer you the necessary tools to make your campaign data protection compliant.

- Is all content responsive?
Yes, all homepages and apps are also optimized for mobile devices and can be used on almost all everyday devices.
- How can the content be adapted?
In the dashboard of your campaign you will find the doors for which you can select apps and, if necessary, configure the content using the existing editor. If an editor is not accessible to you, please contact our Support so that we can activate the editor on the same day.
- Can you make videos in the doors?
Yes, you can embed YouTube or Vimeo videos directly into the promotion door and play them in the door. To do this, the respective type must be specified (youtube or vimeo) and then the respective embedding ID of the video. If you are not sure, please feel free to ask us directly.
- Can you take pictures in the doors?
Yes, you can load images into the promotion door and other apps. If you are not sure, please feel free to ask us directly.
- Can you put texts in the doors?

- Configure the action button
The Action Button is used to direct to the next action. Whether it's a competition or a subsequent app, or whether nothing follows afterwards.
The type: "next" for the subsequent app in the same door, "external" for a link of your choice, "hidden" if you don't want it to be displayed or nothing follows it.
The Href: You only have to enter something here if you have chosen the type “external”. Enter the full link you would like to link to here.
The text: Here you enter what should be on the button. This can be “To the competition”, or “Continue”, or “To our website”. This depends entirely on the intended use.

- How much does the digital Advent calendar cost?
The Advent calendar is available from €249.00 and can increase in price as requirements grow, such as adjustments to design and colors or your own content.
- How do competitions work in the Advent calendar?
You can easily turn all the doors (quizzes, find pairs, etc.) into a competition. Simply add a registration form. Participants can register there. You can download the data yourself and draw your winners. If you wish, we can organize the prize draw for you.
If your competition takes place on your own website, you can also put a link there.
- How many competitions/ competition doors can you install?
There are no limits to your competitions, but there is usually one registration form per door.
